These minutes are associated with the regular Board of Directors meeting of Saturday, November 13, 2004. Proceedings held in Executive Session are private and not published. Members of the Board of Directors are cautioned that they are on word of honor not to divulge the proceedings held in Executive Session. The minutes of this Executive Session are in a separate document distributed only to members of the Board of Directors or their proxies.¹

The regular meeting of Saturday, November 13, 2004 went into executive session at 12:30 PM.

Jan Price, chair of the Open Meeting Study Committee, presented the full list of ideas generated from the Open Meeting along with the committee's recommendations and discussion. On a motion by Kevin Standlee, the meeting went into committee of the whole, Vice President Nancy L. Cobb presiding, at 12:32 PM to consider the recommendations.

The committee of the whole rose at 12:57 PM, recommending that the SFSFC web site host links to other Bay Area SF related sites, that we publish the list of ideas generated by the Open Meeting, and that we make it clear that we are interested in many of these ideas, subject to there being sufficient interested people to spearhead the projects. The meeting adopted the report of the committee of the whole as corporate policy.

By unanimous consent, the Executive Session ended at 12:59 PM.
